Tandoor cook wanted in Adams County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Adams County, Iowa. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. On a typical shift you will label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
