Great opportunity: we are hiring an auto body repairer in Otter Tail County, Minnesota. The job is at a commercial fleet workshop. Your main tasks: • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line • Mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer Ideal candidate: • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop • Trade certificate in auto body repair an advantage 2+ years on the tools preferred.
