Lift maintenance fitter — Powell County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a lift maintenance fitter in Powell County, Kentucky. The job is at a shopping mall with escalators and lifts. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate The role involves carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes; mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators; respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers; top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables.
