Pot washer wanted in Osceola County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a pot washer in Osceola County, Iowa. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. You should have: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Day to day you will keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations.
