Immediate opening: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Ifako-Ijaiye Local Government Area, Lagos State. On a typical shift you will sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; season and marinate meat on request. Requirements: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
