Vacancy available: we are hiring a natural gas fitter in Cass County, Iowa. Day-to-day duties: • Install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation • Fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances • Read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes • Run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints You should have: • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
