Requirements: • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement On a typical shift you will feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. We offer $3,800 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours.
