Join our team: we are hiring a hoist operator in Marion County, Iowa. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • Understanding of hand and radio signals • Able to read load charts and lifting plans Day to day you will follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger; hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control; watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity; keep a safe distance from overhead power lines. 3+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $31 per hour, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
