What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth The role involves sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off.
