Dish pit attendant — Wiltshire

Immediate opening: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Wiltshire, England. You will be based in a hospital canteen. The role involves: • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature You should have: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
