Now hiring: we are hiring a short order cook in Goshen County, Wyoming. On the job you will handle: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces Requirements: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
