Oven operator — Harlan County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an oven operator in Harlan County, Kentucky. You will work at a cake shop. Requirements: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen The role involves laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; load and unload the deck oven with a peel.
