Requirements: • A good head for heights and steady balance • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate • 2+ years' hands-on roofing experience The role involves: • Torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens • Hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater • Set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
