MIG welder — Wasagu-Danko

Join our team: we are hiring a MIG welder in Wasagu-Danko, Kebbi State. You will be based at an automobile body shop. Ideal candidate: • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes You will change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness.
