Industrial sewing operator • Trousdale County, Tennessee

We are recruiting: we are hiring an industrial sewing operator in Trousdale County, Tennessee. You will be based on an export house sewing floor. You should have: • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown On the job you will handle: • Match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes 4+ years on the tools preferred.
