Requirements: • Aware of safe glass handling and PPE such as cut-resistant gloves • Good eye for measurement and a steady hand • Skilled with silicone guns, putty and glazing tools Day-to-day duties: • Fit panes into timber, aluminium and uPVC frames • Secure glass with glazing beads, clips and points • Fit double-glazed sealed units into frames • Seal joints with a silicone gun and tool off a neat bead • Install toughened and laminated safety glass • Apply putty, silicone and glazing tape to bed the glass Part-time with flexible hours.
