Ideal candidate: • 1+ years' experience fitting and balancing tyres • Basic record-keeping and customer-facing skills On a typical shift you will demount worn tyres from rims using a tyre changer machine; vulcanize larger cuts on commercial tyres; keep the tyre bay tidy and dispose of scrap tyres; repair punctures with mushroom plugs and internal patches; handle truck and bus tyres, including split-rim assemblies.
