Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Day-to-day duties: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough Pay around $3,400 per month, based on your experience.
