Vacancy available: we are hiring a room attendant in Lyon County, Iowa. The job is at a corporate office. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with the colour-coded cleaning system • Clear police verification / background check • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and correct dilution ratios Day-to-day duties: • Deep-clean rooms on checkout and prep them for the next guest • Strip and make beds with fresh linen and tight hospital corners • Carry out turndown service in the evening • Service 14-16 rooms per shift to the floor checklist • Replenish amenities — soap, shampoo, towels, tea/coffee tray and toilet rolls • Report maintenance faults — leaking taps, blown bulbs, faulty AC — to engineering 3+ years on the tools preferred.
