MIG welder wanted in Borough of Bolton

Great opportunity: we are hiring a MIG welder in Borough of Bolton, England. Day to day you will read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding; check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration; grind back and re-weld any defective runs; strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness. What we are looking for: • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • Willing to work shifts and overtime Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. We offer £2,900 per month plus benefits.
