The role involves solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets; nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses; strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck; carry out leak inspections and patch repairs; fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits; seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing. Ideal candidate: • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day We offer $3,700 per month plus benefits.
