Line cook — Ise/Orun

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a line cook in Ise/Orun, Ekiti State. The job is at a fast-food outlet. The role involves marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; prepare the mise en place before each service; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
