Concrete shuttering carpenter wanted in Caledonia County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a concrete shuttering carpenter in Caledonia County, Vermont. The job is on a bridge and flyover project. Your main tasks: • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking What we are looking for: • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
