Safety officer wanted in Comanche County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a safety officer in Comanche County, Kansas. You will work on a road and infrastructure project. Your main tasks: • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates • Take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date What we are looking for: • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
