Sample machinist • Pierce County, North Dakota

Vacancy available: we are hiring a sample machinist in Pierce County, North Dakota. On a typical shift you will attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet; operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension; change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift. What we are looking for: • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently 2+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. We offer $30 per hour plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
