Back-of-house cleaner wanted in Otter Tail County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Otter Tail County, Minnesota. What we are looking for: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Day-to-day duties: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method 6+ years on the tools preferred. $18 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
