Mechanical press operator — Enugu East

We are recruiting: we are hiring a mechanical press operator in Enugu East, Enugu State. What we are looking for: • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges Day-to-day duties: • Deburr and stack finished components for the next operation • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor • Load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed • Punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components • Watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
