Vacancy available: we are hiring an argon welder in Hinds County, Mississippi. The job is at a busy fabrication workshop. What we are looking for: • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection Day to day you will keep the arc length and travel speed consistent; clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding; weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through; strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal.
