Now hiring: we are hiring a cake decorator in Borough of Bury, England. Requirements: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics On the job you will handle: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing Pay around £1,850 per month, based on your experience.
