Join our team: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Lincoln County, South Dakota. The job is in a toolroom. Day to day you will hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters. Ideal candidate: • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work • Able to grind and set HSS cutters 4+ years on the tools preferred. $4,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
