The role involves: • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
