Domestic gas engineer • Faribault County, Minnesota

Now hiring: we are hiring a domestic gas engineer in Faribault County, Minnesota. You will be based in a gas distribution network. You will read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes; run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints; lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points; carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply. Ideal candidate: • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
