Immediate opening: tandoor cook (South Carolina)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Berkeley County, South Carolina. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. On a typical shift you will plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. What we are looking for: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
