Gas appliance installer • Lancaster County, Pennsylvania

We are recruiting: we are hiring a gas appliance installer in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. You will be based at a busy gas installation company. Your main tasks: • Install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation • Test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser • Fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances • Check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray • Fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls • Install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves What we are looking for: • Able to read isometric and site drawings • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches 5+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
