Immediate opening: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Ripley County, Missouri. The job is at an automotive components factory. The role involves hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness. Ideal candidate: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Willing to work shifts and overtime Full-time, day shift. $5,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
