What we are looking for: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) The role involves: • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
