Counter butcher wanted in Ibadan South East

Join our team: we are hiring a counter butcher in Ibadan South East, Oyo State. What we are looking for: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Your main tasks: • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain 5+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. ₦255,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
