Great opportunity: rebar foreman (Kentucky)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a rebar foreman in Perry County, Kentucky. You will work on a commercial tower construction site. Requirements: • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates Your main tasks: • Form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder • Tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers • Install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat • Assemble column and beam cages on the bench • Check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
