Now hiring: we are hiring a rebar worker in Shelby County, Tennessee. You will work at a rebar fabrication workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder • Install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat • Set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift What we are looking for: • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
