Great opportunity: we are hiring a mason's helper in Plymouth, England. Ideal candidate: • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times • Prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day On the job you will handle: • Fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns • Bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns • Wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean • Erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up • Pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator • Stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage 4+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around £2,500 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift. Contact us to fix an interview.
