Great opportunity: we are hiring an oven operator in Hampshire County, West Virginia. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Day to day you will decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them.
