Retail butcher — Hardin County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a retail butcher in Hardin County, Iowa. You will be based at a busy retail butcher's shop. What we are looking for: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day On a typical shift you will vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
