MIG/MAG welder • Wilcox County, Georgia

Join our team: we are hiring a MIG/MAG welder in Wilcox County, Georgia. On a typical shift you will clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing; weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions; bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence. You should have: • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift.
