Brick mason — City of Colonial Heights

Now hiring: we are hiring a brick mason in City of Colonial Heights, Virginia. The role involves: • Forming arches, piers and reveals around openings • Checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod • Raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish • Brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go • Bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently We offer $4,900 per month plus benefits.
