Great opportunity: final inspection operator (Texas)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a final inspection operator in Smith County, Texas. You will be based at a food processing unit. Day to day you will record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts; operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools; inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift. What we are looking for: • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. We offer $2,600 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
