We are recruiting: automotive refinish painter (Arkansas)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an automotive refinish painter in Hot Spring County, Arkansas. You will work in a spray booth. Day-to-day duties: • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish Ideal candidate: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing 4+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $4,500 per month, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
