Great opportunity: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Traill County, North Dakota. The job is at a busy retail butcher's shop. On the job you will handle: • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife What we are looking for: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • 2+ years experience working as a butcher $180 per day, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
