Cnc production machinist wanted in Jackson County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cnc production machinist in Jackson County, Indiana. You will be based on the CNC turning shop floor. Your main tasks: • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers Ideal candidate: • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection Full-time with occasional weekends.
