Metal caster wanted in King and Queen County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a metal caster in King and Queen County, Virginia. The job is at an aluminium die-casting plant. The role involves: • Skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring • Operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant • Prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes • Fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges Requirements: • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
