Site safety steward wanted in Skagway Municipality

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a site safety steward in Skagway Municipality, Alaska. The job is on a high-rise building project. Day-to-day duties: • Run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors • Take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry You should have: • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
